How to buy at Rota Temporis?
1. Choose the products you are interested in and click on the "Add to Cart"-Button. In the upper right corner you can see the content of your shopping cart. If you have finished, click on the Checkout-Button
2. Create a customer account if you are new coustomer. To do so you have to fill the form. Finish this step by clicking the "continue"-button. Please note: Only by creating an account no order is placed.
If you already have an account, sign in using your e-mail adress and your password. You will be directed to your shopping-cart.
3. Sending the order. Read the following pages carefully. They will explain every step. every page have to be confirmed by clicking on the "continue"-button. Select a payment-method and confirm our terms and conditions. As the last step you have to confirm your order by clicking on the "confirm-order" button.
You will receive an e-mail with our bank-account and all data regarding your order.

Most likely you used a wrong e-mail adress creating your customer account. Please send us a e-mail by the contact-form using your correct e-mail adress, than we can ckeck our databases and controll your data.

Why do you ask for my telephone-number when I create a customer account.
Sometimes it is the fastest way to solve a problem, for example if there is a typo in your adress or something like this. And from experience we know how fast this can happen. We guarantee absolute confidentiality of your data.

Do you have a branch in the real world?
No, at the moment we are only present in the depths of the Internet or at medieval fairs. But if you want to visit us at our office, you are wellcome at our office at the Habsburgerstr 117 in 79104 Freiburg. But, please call before a visit to make sure that we are not out of office.

Yes, we do. But we ask you to choose the goods carefully, because the shipment is much more expensive.

How secure are my data I transmit during the order procedure.
They are encrypted with 128 bit.

Which payment-methods do you offer?
You can pay by prepayment, direct debit, paypal or cash on delivery. If you chose direct debit you have to communicate your bank-account to us via e-mail, fax or normal mail.
If you choose direct debit, for security resaons the goods will be delivered 4-6 days after your order.

Unfortunately we are forced to do so, just to prevent fraud attempts.

For sure, the only thing you have to do is to change the delivery-address and to activate the giftwrap-checkbox at the products-page.

Is there something special to keep in mind choosing PayPal as payment method?
In our opinion it is much easier to create FIRST the paypal-account and order AFTERWARDS. It is also possible to create an paypal account during the checkout-procedure, but it is more complicated.
If you ALREADY HAVE A PAYPAL-ACCOUNT you have to use the same e-mail adress creating an account at rota-temporis as used as at PayPal. Otherwise it will not work.
