The bird and the horse were THE holy animals in prehistoric Europe since 1200 BC (Bronze Age). Their dating is clear (our piece at ca. 100 BC) - but their function is unknown. Maybe protective against mischief. Measurement ca. 4 x 3,6 cm with loop; sterling silver.
